Axis Math Academy provides a structured, yearlong online Algebra 1 program for Florida homeschool students during the school year. Live instruction, small classes, and regular feedback help students build understanding and confidence.

Each class meets twice weekly for 75 minutes.
All times EasternMaximum of 15 students per class
Proposed schedule—class times and enrollment details will be confirmed before registration.
Noon classes are proposed additional time slots.

Annual Algebra 1 tuition is $1,500 per student. Choose the payment option that works for your family.

Both options include: two weekly 75-minute live classes, Wednesday group office hours from 9:00 a.m. to noon Eastern, assigned practice and homework review, assessments, review resources, and parent progress updates.
The monthly plan divides annual tuition into 10 payments; it is not a month-to-month subscription. Payment dates and enrollment terms will be provided before enrollment. Big Ideas Math practice materials and a digital copy of the Algebra 1 textbook will be provided; a physical textbook will not be provided. Scholarship payments follow applicable program purchasing requirements.

Classes & Learning
Is this a complete Algebra 1 program?
Yes. Axis Math Academy offers a structured, yearlong Algebra 1 program that runs during the school year, with live classes, assigned practice, and assessments. We also offer summer enrichment support to help students strengthen foundational math skills and prepare for Algebra 1.
What happens if my child misses a class?
Contact Axis Math Academy to discuss a planned or unexpected absence. Ask about missed-lesson support and attendance expectations before enrollment.
Materials & Practice
What technology and materials will my child need?
Students will need a computer with internet access for live online classes and materials for taking notes. Axis Math Academy will provide Big Ideas Math practice materials and a digital copy of the Algebra 1 textbook. A physical textbook will not be provided.
How much independent practice should we expect?
Students receive assigned Big Ideas Math practice materials to complete between classes. The amount of work may vary by lesson and student needs. Ask about typical weekly expectations when discussing placement.
Progress & Records
How will I receive progress updates?
Homework review, checks for understanding, and assessments help monitor learning. Parent updates communicate strengths and areas for growth. Ask about the format and frequency of updates before enrollment.
Are grades or documentation provided?

Can we use scholarship funds?

What are the payment, withdrawal, and refund terms?
Annual tuition is $1,500 per student, payable in full or through 10 monthly payments of $150. The payment plan divides annual tuition; it is not a month-to-month subscription. Request the written payment schedule and withdrawal and refund terms before enrolling.
